The CISCO2811 Integrated Services Router is a member of the Cisco 2800 Integrated Services Router Series and features the functionality to deliver several high-quality simultaneous services reliably and at wire speed up to multiple T1/E1/xDSL connections. The CISCO2811 offers and voice digital-signal-processor slots on the motherboard and enhanced embedded encryption acceleration. Optional integrated call processing as well as voice mail support is also supported and the router is equipped with high-density interfaces for a wide variety of connectivity requirements.

CISCO2811 offers enhanced investment protection in a variety of ways. The products increased modularity and performance supports top-of-the-line security features expected in a Cisco product. Optional Layer 2 switching support with PoE is an option for this high-performing product which supports over 90 new and existing modules and the majority of currently existing AIMs, WICs, VWICs, VICs and NMs.
