COVID-19 Notice

Updated: March 26, 2020

We are open for business, and MLCP is operating with regular business hours for as long as we are allowed to do so.

Online Quotes
Customers may request quotes online 24/7. These requests will be processed during normal business hours. Our administrative staff are working from home Monday through Friday and are accessing orders and processing them remotely through our secure network. If you have questions regarding a quote or an order, please call 1-800-TO-MULTI during business hours M-F 8AM - 5PM PDST.

In-Person Pickups
For the safety of our employees, our offices are currently closed to the public. We have suspended in-person pickups. All orders will be delivered by our domestic and global shipping partners. Key lab and shipping personnel are working from our southern California-based warehouse to ensure orders are shipped in a timely manner and new deliveries from Cisco, Juniper, Brocade, and third party suppliers are received daily.

Shipping Times
Our shipping partners are currently inundated and taking measures to speed up deliveries. As they adjust to the influx of orders, please allow for slightly longer lead times for deliveries and plan accordingly. If you need help tracking your order, please contact us. We are happy to help.

Availability of Products
As many companies transition their employees from central offices to working from home, many of our products are in high demand right now. We are continuously taking inventory of high-demand products and restocking them. If a product you need is out of stock, please reach out to one of our Customer Service reps who can give you real-time information on when the item will be available to ship. We may also be able to secure the product from another supplier for you and have it shipped directly to your business or home.

Our Compliance with CDC and WHO Guidelines
We are monitoring updates from the CDC and WHO daily and staying in compliance with their guidelines as well as the those issued by the state of California. Our primary concern is keep our employees safe while maintaining operations as an 'essential business.'

This includes:
  • Keeping only necessary staff at our warehouse and having all other employees work from home.
  • Sanitizing surfaces at our warehouse multiple times per day and at the end of every business day.
  • Providing hand sanitizer and masks to essential employees.
  • Providing all employees with healthcare and paid sick leave, as we always have, to encourage them to stay home if they feel sick and seek healthcare if needed.
  • Suspending in-person pickups at our warehouse. All orders will be delivered by a trusted shipping company.
  • Actively monitoring new information from trusted sources like the WHO and CDC and updating our protocols as new guidelines are put forth.
What You Can Do
We encourage you, as well as our employees and partners, to please follow CDC guidelines and stay home.
  • Wash your hands regularly and after touching potentially contaminated surfaces with warm soap and water for at least 20 seconds.
  • Practice social distancing by asking for no-contact deliveries, reducing the number of times you leave your house, staying six feet away from people who don't live with you, and limiting or even eliminating contact with friends and family.
  • Do not horde food and necessary items.
  • Encourage family and friends to follow the guidelines as well.
  • Support relatives, friends, neighbors and co-workers that may be having trouble securing necessary items or are feeling depressed and disconnected.

By following these recommendations, we will all get through this unprecedented outbreak more quickly and we will save lives.

Protecting the health and safety of our most vulnerable citizens is a responsibility we all share.
