The Cisco 813 connects these users to the Internet or to a corporate LAN via ISDN. It also allows service providers to deploy value-added services, such as security with integrated stateful firewall and IPSec virtual private networks (VPNs), integrated toll quality voice, and differentiated classes of service through Quality of Service (QoS) features. This product was end-of-lifed by Cisco in 2006.
