The Cisco HWIC-AP-G-A supports IEEE 802.11b/g and has a single radio that operates in the 2.4 GHz band. The HWIC-AP-G-A is designed especially for the Americas, while the HWIC-AP-G-E is for use in Europe and the HWIC-AP-G-J is for use in Japan.
